Founded in 1996 on the initiative of SIE – Società italiana degli economisti (Italian Economists Society) Rivista italiana degli economisti aims to spread the outcomes of research in the field of economics. Trying to avoid any ideological or erudite narrowness, it deals with a large spectrum of contents. The journal pursues the aims of the above mentioned Association more systematically, promoting dialogue with other social disciplines closely related to economics and underlying the importance of the heritage of Italian economic thought. Rivista italiana degli economisti promotes a critical dialogue on the methods and tools used in research and didactics.
