Abstract
The paper will look at a phenomenon especially prevalent in the current context of migration, i.e. violence against women. Their condition of 'vulnerability', which leads to greater exposure to forms of exploitation and violence, takes the analysis in two directions: one, an examination of international and European instruments that provide specific guarantees in favor of migrant women victims of violence, and the other an examination of the relevant practices of the principal regulatory agencies concerning human rights.
