Abstract

In this essay the author studies with accuracy Luzi's interest in Campana's poetry and life: from his early reading in teen years to the short biografical note for the literary journal «Il Bargello» (1938); from several critical assessments on Campana as «the necessary poet» to the presence of Campana's model in Luzi's own poetry (as Stefano Verdino stressed in his edition: Mondadori 1994).
