Abstract

The paper presents the main thesis contained in Gabriele Frasca "La letteratura nel reticolo mediale", focusing on the relationship between the communicative aspect of cultural products and the different techniques of their distribution and reproduction. From an anthropological point of view, the cultural fact can be understood as «non-genetic information», that is information not placed in the body but in the linguistic medium, through the use of multiple technologies. The human species compensates its natural limits through the oral and written storage of data. Through his stylistic substance, work of art can suspend the uncritical adherence to the current information flow and prevent the automatic habitual communication.
