Abstract
Nature in cities provides many benefits for its inhabitants. It is therefore important to plan and design greenery with the aim of creating resilient urban ecosystems that can significantly improve the quality of life and comfort of citizens threatened by climate change. By understanding and attributing an economic value to the benefits that nature provides, the different actors involved in the decision-making process can guide the choices towards a sustainable and resilient city model.
