Abstract
A new approach is needed to leave the crisis behind, a «spirit» to help us rethink economic growth and stimulate the best energies present in society. This «new spirit of capitalism» can be described as a «shared value». According to this concept, the market is not defined only by economic needs, but also by social ones.
