Abstract
The city of New Jersey is 13 kilometers from Manhattan. For a number of years it has been identified with its young and energetic mayor, who has arrived at his second mandate after six years. His name had been associated for a long time with one of the country's highest criminal and poverty rates, but also with a long series of mayors accused of corruption.
