Abstract
Morocco, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates, governed by moderate, stable and open monarchies, are models of Arab states that have emancipated themselves from dependence on oil and religious radicalism. The «2030 Vision» of Saudi Arabia might lead to an even greater transformation that could trigger change throughout the region.
