Abstract
The study of the 1815 «moment» in international history is experiencing a renaissance. This article engages with the historiographical implications of recent scholarship on the Congress of Vienna and its aftermaths and highlights how these new histories help us to complicate and globalise our understanding of this major diplomatic event and its varied impacts
