Abstract

Parliament, Government, Administration, Presidents of the Republic and finally, in the background, political parties are the objects of as many in-depth analysis to define how institutions work (and how they evolve) in long postwar Italy. All present a vocation for change, all participate in the everlasting dialectic between institutions: a perpetual motion in which some advance and others retreat, some gain power and others lose it.
