Abstract
Mario Rotondi's Archives kept at "Almo Collegio Borromeo" in Pavia are a very interesting documentary source to study not only his activity as a law professor in different Italian universities during the 20th century, but also his contribution to European and non European legal thought. Rotondi's correspondence with a large number of foreign colleagues from all over the world, as well as his letters, professional files, papers and notes in different languages, together with the scientific materials he collected for future publications, prove both his interest in what happened abroad and his wide international network.
