Abstract
Chiodi: philosopher, Fenoglio's master, Cocito's colleague at Alba: this triad is reconstructed through Chiodi's narrative work, "Banditi. Banditi" aims at being an objective recalling of really happened facts, a diary, which nevertheless exceeds a mere documentary value. The narrative component of this diary - characterized by a very high dramatic tension - is expressed by a peculiarly rough and abbreviated style. Like Beppe Fenoglio, Chiodi is the author of a Resistenza without rhetoric: both the pupil and the master, though their formal choices are completely different, write about the Resistenza without any emphasis or redundancy.
