Abstract

Discussing the recent book by A. Gnoli and F. Volpi, "L'ultimo sciamano. Conversazioni su Hiedegger", the paper shows that the discovery of a shamanistic component in Heidegger's thought reveals a progres¬sive revision, even in Italy, in the understanding of this philosopher, as well as in the interpretation of the bound between his philosophi¬cal works and the political milieu of the national socialism.
