Abstract

Bazzicalupo critically analyses Ferrajoli’s political constitutional global project, interrogating the meaning of «democracy» and «who» makes the democracy. Ferrara focuses on the relationship between normativity and constituent power, and on the connection between unity and agency of the people. Galli agrees with Ferrajoli’s critique of the neoliberal regression of democratic institutions, but this statement is differently argued by recognizing the autonomous character of politics.
