Abstract
Petrucciani analyzes the author’s aim to avoid the mere alternative between the moral of justice and the ethics of care. Re reads the opposition of care and justice in the light of (inter)national constitutionalism and legal hermeneutics, suggesting a complementarity between the two perspectives. Recchia Luciani presents a wider consideration of Pulcini’s work – in particular her dialogue with philosophical anthropology. The three contributions focus on Pulcini’s philosophy of passions as the key to a reconsideration of human coexistence.
