Abstract
The article explores how one of the most meaningful aspects of the overall research of Enzo Rullani, moving from the assumption of today's importance of cognitive labor, is to capture the dynamics of the re-personification which identify the subject of labor in contemporary society. Such dynamics require to be filled with possible contents, e.g. with a thicker existential satisfaction, in order to avoid the overflow of individual suffering and the decrease of expectations of a better life.
