Abstract

In this article, I will sustain an anticriminalisationist and antipaternalist thesis about drugs. Is is better to legalize drugs. The criminalisation produces likely more harms (economical, psycho-phisical) than the legalization of drugs. In particularly, there are four costs of criminalisation. The costs of the war on drugs. The damages of the crimes committed by consumers who need money to buy the drugs whose price is high. The crimes committed by criminal organizations. The harms suffered by consumers of drugs which have often no good quality.
