Abstract
The use of social networks in politics has, in recent years, radically changed the current technological and legal framework. Several scholars denounced a real alteration of the democratic balance, signaling, above all, episodes of attack on pluralism, disinformation, particularly invasive propaganda methods and voter profiling and, in general, a distorted use of the most powerful technologies existing today. In this Article, these issues are dealt from a legal-informatics point of view.
