Abstract
The so-called «primitive» populations would be, according to Clastres, societies against the State. The aim of this contribution is on one hand to reconstruct Clastres’ proposal and position in context, on the other hand to show in an original way the theses and the possible problems at the conceptual and philosophical-political level. Some contributions of the author are here reported to integrate the bibliography established by Abensour and Kupiec and by Viveiros de Castro.
