Tra moralità ed eticità: la figura hegeliana del monarca nel manoscritto di Wannenmann e nei "Lineamenti"
Abstract
A renewed reflection on the "problem" - emphasized by Ilting - of the place of the monarch in Hegel's "Rechtsphilosophie" enables us to rethink some of the fundamental tenets of his philosophy of right. First of all the role of the "formal" element, which is essential to the development of the universal in itself; then, the structure of action and its relevance for understanding the relation between morality and ethicity.
