Abstract
Moving from Freud's analysis of the war as being part of the very constitution of the individual, the author analyses which historical forms war has taken on after September 11th. The Twin Towers attack exceeds all traditional polemological frameworks and forces the political insight to reflect on the links between technological and economic globalization and globalization of disaster.
