Abstract
This article analyses the notion of concord in the work of Nicholas of Cusa (1401-1464) and Giovanni Pico della Mirandola (1463-1494), showing how it relates to the «discourse on peace» proposed by both thinkers and addressing its historical ties to and differences from the idea of toleration.
