Abstract
The author edits the fiscal policy act of an Italian municipality for the year 1357. The municipality of Montecchio - now Treia near Macerata (Marche) - required a new taxation scheme in order to enact the reform imposed by Blasco de Belvis and Gil Albornoz. The decree approved by the local council combined the Latin framework with the detailed outline (in the vernacular) in the official proceedings now preserved in the book of Reformagioni. The report was written by a local professional lawyer and shows some municipal features of the Marche dialect.
