Abstract
This article is devoted to the temporal structure of Silvio D'Arzo's «Casa d'altri», examined through narratological and linguistic criteria. The thesis is to describe how temporality is grounded on the specific linguistic category of deixis, which all the relations between récit and discourse can be related to.
