The doors ajar of unconscious. On a Savinio's Freudian source

Abstract

This paper studies the influence of a book kept in Savinio's personal library, La psicoanalisi by Enzo Bonaventura (Mondadori, 1938), about the growing presence of psychoanalytical themes in Savinio's works since 1940. This book led Savinio to a Freudian conception of psychoanalysis, laying emphasis on topics like sudden surfacing of unconscious, Freudian slips, psychoenergetic, death instinct. This result in an empirical practice of psychoanalysis, avers- es to Jung's archetypes, aiming to «give form to formless» of unconscious through a careful study of indirect clues of daily life and affectivity.
