Abstract
Based on the results of a previous experiment, a model has been designed and implemented, that shows and explains the emergence of analogical reasoning, with bottom-up processes. The model has different parameters, in order to explain various strategies and styles of reasoning: rationality, use of memory, pertinence to reality, analogical reasoning, use of annotations. The results of the simulations reliably reproduce the participants' performances, confirming the correctness of our theory.
