Abstract

Following money, euros, seigniorage, models, economic thought, this short comment to the target paper of this issue of the journal, explores several cases of tools used in economic reasoning. Tools very simple or very complicated, but always able in trapping subjects in wrong conclusions. The methodology of agent-based simulation is finally proposed as a tool useful to explore the behavior of individuals socially interacting and using external tools in reasoning.
