Abstract
The evolution of communication and information technology supports the introduction of innovative document models that are strongly oriented towards collaborative work. In particular, in the context of knowledge management and e-learning, these models promote new ways to manage the interaction with the user community and the transmission of content, as is the case with the TaggedBook, whose main innovation lies in a tight structural integration between the tutorials and the forums. In this way tutorials become more effective from being immersed in a highly interactive environment, and forums benefit from the increased ease of use and from the smooth management of threads. Its application, especially in educational settings, is in tune with the trends of elearning and Massive Open On-line Courses (MOOC).
