Abstract

This article deals with the support offered by the software xmLeges-Editor, developed by the Institute of Legal Information Theory and Techniques of the Italian National Research Council, aimed at the management of consolidated texts. In particular, it describes the application consequences that result in the creation of legislative databases accessible by P.A. employees and common citizens to facilitate consultation and norms retrieval in electronic format. Users can visualized all textual amendments occurred in the normative provisions during the entire life cycle. Norms, in fact, can be found in the current text, at the different modification dates and in the «multi in-forced version».
