Abstract

Organization, in this paper, is considered as a system of symbolic translation regarding the collusive dynamic of context. The organizational activity, outcome oriented, is based on collusive dynamic, historically founding the context. According to this theory, the Italian organization of mental health will be analyzed, during the following three periods: 1) just before the Italian Law 180 approval, 2) during its application, 3) and the current period, with its proposal of change of the law. The three phases will be related with historical culture, in Italy.
