Abstract
The essay - by critically analyzing the debate on hermeneutics and critic of ideology between Habermas and Gadamer - suggests a «weak» perspective in sociology of knowledge which, through highlighting the mutually interconnected character of being and thought, could serve as an anti-reductionist model of sociologic knowledge. It is an attempt that starting from Mannheim - and using his distinction between immanent and non-immanent analysis - tries to provide a new interpretation of the notions of ideology, of intellectuals and of social criticism.
