Abstract
As known, the story of Europa 7 trial is the result of a management of analog television radio frequencies that has been located outside of any logic aiming to increase external pluralism and efficiency, both technical and economical, for nearly four decades. Unfortunately, the several anomalies that characterize the present case not only confirm that the state of health of the Italian television market is still critical, but also raise several doubts on its possible recovery in the near «all digital» future.
