Abstract
In this article new trends in judicial review of antitrust decisions are explored, focusing specifically on the relation between antitrust law and regulation, and on cases of (alleged) abuse of judicial process and abuse of administrative procedures. The difference between approaches prevailing in the Usa and in the Ue and in Italy is also analysed, to show the different consequences on the rule of law and on internal and external limits to antitrust enforcement.
