Abstract
This paper analyzes the topic of the digital euro, critically focusing on the impact of the new European digital currency on the problem of financial inclusion. To this end, the paper analyzes the issue of cryptocurrencies more generally and studies the mandate of the European Central Bank within the framework provided by the dialogue between clauses and general principles
