Abstract

The article proposes to review the impact of these special regulation over the framework laid down by the Civil Code, as well as on the issues related to the «system» of the company's internal controls, specifically inquiring about the possibilities - as well as about the convenience - to apply in «ordinary» companies solutions provided for banks by the Italian Supervisory Authority.
