Abstract
Gustav Radbruch was a dominant figure in German legal philosophy in the first half of 20th century and is enjoying renewed interest in several countries (two new Italian editions just proved it). Reconstructing the debate on continuity or discontinuity in his work, the paper is devoted to a critical appraisal of the conceptual paradigma, that notoriously lies at the core of the discussion between positivists and non-positivists
