Abstract
The author critically discusses some of the main issues of Hart's The Concept of Law, namely: the notion of social rule, the distinction between internal and external point of view, the concept of obligation, the distinction between primary and secondary rules, the rule of recognition, the theory of legal interpretation, and the distinction between finality and infallibility of judicial decisions.
