Abstract
This article deals with the concept of «natural born prostitute» by Cesare Lombroso, it is within the relationship between the positivist criminology and its critical matrix: Alessandro Baratta, Erving Goffman, Michel Foucault, the theories of Labelling Approach. At the same time it relates the same concept with the regulation of conduct prostitutoria by Camillo Benso di Cavour to DDL Carfagna and more general administrative ordinances issued in the area, with a general view to understand returns and waste within the production of the deviance of those theories of Lombroso.
