Abstract

The essay seeks to analyse the legal framework of the principle of accessibility as a prerequisite for enabling a full life for disabled people. Accessibility is the means by which the objective of integrating the disabled in the social context is realized, promoting the project and the realization of places where anyone can move in full freedom and autonomy, having access to equal to each opportunity that the community in which he lives is able to offer.
