Abstract
The paper aims to offer an analysis of the main aspects of the Italian statute n. 180/1978, known as “Basaglia’s lawµ. The autor examines the link between the right to health and medical treatments, with particular reference to the case when children are involved, by assuming a national and an international perspective.
