Abstract
The article, by analyzing the case of public administration liability for damages resulting from a favorable illegitimate measure, aims to verify the role of the principle of good faith and the juridical nature of the legitimate expectation. In particular, with regard to the latter, the article focuses on the analogy between «legitimate expectation» and «unguilty expectation», in the light of the studies that affirm their different consistency
