Abstract
The work analyses the politico-administrative decisions made in recent years with regard to the access of immigrants to the services of the welfare state, as well as the pertinent assessments expressed by scholarship and jurisprudence, assuming the principle of equality as the reference point. The analysis also includes the problem of demands in relation to cultural diversity.
