Abstract
The paper aims to give a particular view of the global legal space through the lens of Sabino Cassese's studies, starting from his latest books published in 2009. "I tribunali di Babele" (Donzelli) and "Diritto globale" (Einaudi) continue the legal discourse on the global dimension that Cassese addresses in the first years of 21st century and they develop the fundamentals of global administrative law, showing the growing importance of the «juridification » process in the international context. The two books also analyze the central role that principles and rules of administrative law play in this new context, particularly in enforcing accountability mechanisms and safeguards from potential abuses of the global powers.
