Abstract
The essay reflects on the composition of the Italian Constitutional Court by analyzing the draft constitutional reform bill currently pending before the Parliament. Starting from the new proposed wording of art. 135 of the Italian Constitution, the essay also surveys the indirect effects of other parts of the reform (especially the reform of the second chamber and of the federal system) on the composition of the Constitutional Court.
