Abstract
The essay by Doren Lustig and Joseph Weiler, «Judicial Review in the Contemporary World: Retrospective and Prospective» (2018), draws a cartography of the evolution in the ways domestic constitutional orders have been addressing international law as well as its transformations, its changing regulative structure and impact. The trajectory marks a number of turning points described through the metaphor of «waves». A group of Italian legal scholars elaborate upon the trends of the mentioned of «waves» and analyze their significance in the present time.
