Abstract

In French administrative cases, urgency procedures are well specified as regards prior assessment, which is the urgency procedure known as référé. The suspension of the administrative provisions. In the author's opinion, however, the conditions of application are restricted, either because the terms of the ruling are not respected or because the urgency procedure and the suspension are subjected to rigorously predetermined conditions. Legislation has been passed to remedy the situation by increasing the number of special urgency procedures, but this has generated a complex and unsatisfactory situation, to the point that new reforms to the procedures are currently under examination.
