Abstract

The study analyzes the independent nature of administrative regulation in Giorgio's thought, expressed in a brief 2003 essay. According to the Author, the administrative regulation, with its nature of independence from the political line of the government, can be considered a modern form of realization of democracy, understood as a system of guaranteeing fundamental rights. In this way, it can be considered compatible with the Italian constitutional system. But above all, it represents a modern evolution of the figure of objective administration that Giorgio Pastori had elaborated in his early studies.
