Abstract
Through the project Memorie vive, Flavia Franzoni’s contribution to the «historical» analysis of the birth and development of the welfare model of the Bologna area is retraced. The analysis of policies and services for the family and minors, social and health services for the elderly and services for people with disabilities is carried out through the valorization and testimonies of the protagonists of the time, who risk being forgotten if their memory is not cared for.
