Abstract
Local welfare system is today engaged in managing the multiple transformations that concern the intense coming of second generation immigrants "users" in social and health local services. Moving from a case-study recently developed in a "Center towards adolescents" located in Bologna, I reflect on some critical issues concerning, on the one hand, personnel service's representations of young migrants' needs and requests and, on the other hand, second generation service access experiences.
