Abstract

The article analyses the application to the health sector of the d.l.vo n. 150/2009 on the optimisation of the productivity and efficiency of public employment and transparency in public administrations. What are the possible exchanges of experience and transfers of know-how in order to enrich both the health care that the public administration? What are the critical issues and ideas offered by the national and regional evaluation in health care? Those are the main question the article try to answer through the analysis of the experience gained from Formez Pa in the application of this law.
